Job description, duties, and responsibilities: 

  • Construct effective sales pitches
  • Actively promote company projects to external partners and potential shareholders
  • Acquire new partners, sponsors, and clients on various business fronts
  • Meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Build a sustainable partnership strategy while building strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors, and other personnel
  • Always strive to provide exceptional partner experience and satisfaction
  • Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfill customers’ requirements 
  • Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities
  • Do regular market research and source new potential clients
  • Assisting the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth
  • Monitor and weekly progress reports of the set goals to all stakeholders
  • Actively participating in company projects and translating complex ideas into manageable and useful business development language
  • Contribute to the reputation of the organization 
  • Prepare and present reports when needed
  • Daily coordination with external and internal stakeholders to ensure project delivery

Job requirements and qualifications: 

  • Experience in sales and account management for 3+ year(s) 
  • Experience in one of the following industries highly preferred - Esports, Gaming, IT, Telecommunications
  • Experience in an international environment (nice to have)
  • BSc or higher in business, marketing, or similar relevant field
  • Very good negotiation skills 
  • Expectation management experience
  • Hands-on experience in building successful decks, presentation, budgeting, and reporting
  • Excellent risk management skills 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Attention to details and proactive critical thinker
  • Team Player in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Passion for gaming and esports (nice to have)
